I've just celebrated my 156th month of marriage. After 13 years, I'm still looking for a word to describe these celebrations. "Another month of marriage" works, but I long for a shorter string of characters. Any ideas?

Welcome, Eric.

Here is a tongue-in-cheek suggestion, as I haven't the
foggiest of a real one: dodecaversaries.

Attempting some backwards-forwards etymology, I come up with 'luniversary'.
I suspect this may have connotations which you weren't really looking for, although I find it strangely appealing and possibly apt as a way to mark my own somewhat wayward progress through life...

This reminds me an Italian "joke" mostly for children: since birthday is "compleanno" - and "anno" means year, we can use "complemese"or "complesettimana" for months or weeks - it is not a true word, but it is clear!
Ciao

Sounds like you have a pretty good marriage if you are still celebrating each month, after 13 years. We still struggle to remember the year we were married after (probably) 15 years!

Perhaps celebrating each month is something we should all consider!

"luniversary"--pretty good! And for some months, it could be appropriate to have a "looney-versary", eh?

Forget the luniversary...some gentlemen I've spoken to would discribe a monthly celebration of THEIR marriages as lunacy. (tsk, tsk, tsk, some people are just bitter )
