Come on, chaps, fight for Harvard's glorious name!
Won't it be peachy if we win the game? (Oh, goody!)
Let's try not to injure them,
But fight, fight, fight
- FIGHT FIERCELY HARVARD
- Harvard Fight Song " "

Crocodile Dundee: That's not a fight song, mate. THIS is a fight song...

- "YEA ALABAMA" -

Yea Alabama! Drown'em Tide,
Every Bama man's behind you,
Hit your stride...

Go teach the Bulldogs to behave
Send the Yellow Jackets to a watery grave,

And if a man starts to weaken,
That's a shame,
'Cause Bama's pluck and grit have
Writ her name in Crimson Flame,

Fight on, Fight on, Fight on, men!
Remember the Rose Bowl we'll win then.
Go, roll to victory, Hit your stride!
You're > Dixie's football pride <,
Crimson Tide!

(If in another life, if he gained thirty pounds and still could run the forty in three point two, Crocodile Dundee would make an outstanding outside cornerback for the
storied, yet endearingly unassuming, Crimson Tide.)

- - RoooOOOOooooOOOOoooOOOOooooLL TIDE! Roll! - -

Horse racing is a "sport", WO'N? WO'N, huh?

Well that's what they say, musick. Although, I've always contended that horse racing is not a sport, it's gambling. Because if you couldn't bet on it, nobody would care. But it seems there are flexible opinions about this. I've always enjoyed a good game of poker, but I never thought of it as a sport, like TEd. But gamblers were known as sports in slang for a long time. So whattiya think, sport?

If horse racing and gambling are sports, then so are sex and eating!

Life's a sport, then you die!

---------------
Is that all there is?
Is that all there is?
If that's all there is my freind
then let's keep dancing.
Let's break out the booze and have a ball
if that's all there is.

GO-GO's LYRICS

The Whole World Lost Its Head
(Valentine/Wiedlin)

Freeway fell into the bay
Popes on L.S.D.
Muslim girls are getting down
In bikinis
Nazis selling tupperware
Door to door
Telepreachers mud-wrestling
On the dance floor

I read it in the paper
I see it on my TV
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head

You can buy tomatoes
That last 500 years
Claudia Schiffer's fianc¨¦
Made her disappear
Drag queens have the navy
Tossing in their beds
Mary ate her little lamb
And punk rock isn't dead

I read it in the paper
I see it on my TV
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head

I read it in the paper
I see it on my TV
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head
(Is it just me)
Has the whole world lost it's head
Lost it's head
Lost it's head
Lost it's head

An aside from WW: Let me tell you! I don't know squat about sports, but I thought it would be fun to post lyrics from a mud wrestling song and so off I went a-googling. Good grief! I don't advise googling mud wrestling.

Ev'ry duke and earl and peer is here
Ev'ryone who should be here is here.
What a smashing, positively dashing
Spectacle: the Ascot op'ning day.

At the gate are all the horses
Waiting for the cue to fly away.
What a gripping, absolutely ripping
Moment at the Ascot op'ning day.

Pulses rushing!
Faces flushing!
Heartbeats speed up!
I have never been so keyed up!

And second now
They'll begin to run.
Hark! A bell is ringing,
They are springing
Forward
Look! It has begun...!
What a frenzied moment that was!
Didn't they maintain an exhausting pace?
'Twas a thrilling, absolutely chilling
Running of the Ascot op'ning race.

HEART

from Damn Yankees

[VAN BUREN]
You've gotta have heart
All you really need is heart
When the odds are sayin' you'll never win
That's when the grin should start
You've gotta have hope
Mustn't sit around and mope
Nothin's half as bad as it may appear
Wait'll next year and hope
When your luck is battin' zero
Get your chin up off the floor
Mister you can be a hero
You can open any door, there's nothin' to it but to do it
You've gotta have heart
Miles 'n miles n' miles of heart
Oh, it's fine to be a genius of course
But keep that old horse
Before the cart
First you've gotta have heart

[ROCKY]
A great slugger we haven't got

[SMOKEY]
A great pitcher we haven't got

[VERNON]
A great ball club we haven't got

[ROCKY, SMOKEY & VERNON]
What've we got?

[ALL]
We've got heart
All you really need is heart
When the odds are sayin' you'll never win
That's when the grin should start

[ROCKY, SMOKEY, LINVILLE]
We've got hope
We don't sit around and mope
Not a solitary sob do wwe heave
Mister, 'cause we've got hope

[ROCKY]
We're so happy that we're hummin'

[ALL]
Hmm-hmm-hmm

[VAN BUREN]
That's the hearty thing to do

[ALL]
Hoo-hoo-hoo

[SMOKEY]
'Cause we know our ship will come in

[ALL]
Hmm-hmm-hmm

[ROCKY]
So it's ten years overdue

[ALL]
Hoo-hoo-hoo
We've got heart
Miles 'n miles 'n miles o' heart

[VERNON]
Oh, it's fine to be a genius of course

[BOYS]
Butt keep that old horse before the cart

[VAN BUREN]
So what the hecks the use of cryin'?

[SMOKEY]
Why should we curse?

[ROCKY]
We've gotta get better, 'cause we can't get worse!

[ALL]
And to add to it, we've got heart
We've got heart
We've got heart

We've got heart
All you really need is heart
When the odds are sayin' you'll never win
That's when the grin should start

[SMOKEY]
We're so happy that we're laughin'

[ALL]
Ha ha ha

[VAN BUREN]
That's the hearty thing to do

[ALL]
Hoo-hoo-hoo

[VERNON]
So we ain't been autographin'

[ALL]
Ha ha ha

[ROCKY]
'Cept to sign an I.O.U.

[ALL]
Hoo-hoo-hoo

[ALL]
We've got heart
Miles 'n miles n' miles of heart
Oh, it's fine to be a genius of course
But keep that old horse
Before the cart

[SMOKEY]
Who minds those pop bottles flyin'?

[VERNON]
The hisses and the boos

[VAN BUREN]
The team has been consistent

[ROCKY]
Yeah, we always lose

[THREE BOYS]
But we're laughin' cause... We've got heart

[ALL FOUR BOYS]
We've got heart... We've got heart

I kinda can't be bothered linking (especially since all I'd have to do is choose a word like "in" or "and" so as to meet the criteria) but here's a great Aussie sports song, Up there Cazaly by Mike Brady.

Up there Cazaly,
In there and fight,
Out there and at 'em,
Show'em your might,
Up there Cazaly,
Don't let 'em in,
Fly like an angel
You're out there to win.

C'mon Aussie C'mon
You've been training all the winter
And there's not a team that's fitter
And that's the way it got to be
'Cause you're up against the best you know
This is Supertest you know
And you've go to beat the best the world has seen

Lillee's pounding down like a machine
Pascoe's making divots in the green
Marshy's taking wickets
Hooksey's clearing pickets
And the Chappells' eyes have got that killer gleam
Mr Walker's playing havoc with the bats
Redpath, it's good to see you back
Lairdie's making runs
Dougie's chewing gum
and Gilmour's wielding willow like an axe

C'mon Aussie c'mon c'mon
C'mon Aussie c'mon c'mon
C'mon Aussie c'mon c'mon
C'mon Aussie c'mon

But wait there's more...
