I know Tamar in the Geneology of Christ, but
you've raised my pique with Cornwall, and England.
I should PM you about it. Charles is Duke, I know.
OK, I looked up Kernow, and see the Tamar River separates
Cornwall from Devon, and I read and learned some history.
Most interesting.

TAMAR

A > K = K-MART (if allowable)
or
A > S = SMART

anyone's choice.

The River Tamar forms the South-Eastern border of the County of Cornwall. The Cornish people claim that Cornwall is a separate, Celtic country (named "Kernow" - flag, Black with White Cross) and should have autonomous rule. There is a Cornish Language, v. similar to the language of Brittany, the last native speaker of which died about ninety years ago (? could be more) but there are some attempts to revive it.
English people hold that the Tamar prevents wholesale invasion of England by the Cornish!

So I learned from Wiki. Most interesting. I'd love to
visit Cornwall and the Scilly Isles. I've been to Devon
but that is as far as it goes.

Speaking of England:
