Well this one has sparked a lot of comments! Have fun choosing between all of these wonderful daffys...voting closes next week (11th February).

A toozle – the screw that holds together the two blades of a pair of scissors

B toozle – in Scotland, with golf, when a tee-off goes awry

C toozle – to pull about, especially applied to any rough dalliance with a female

D toozle – n., [< Hung. ducel, leaf] a confetti particle with multiple bends applied to induce spinning as it falls

E toozle – to muss up playfully (var. of tousle)

F toozle – a South African drink made of fermented rooibos, (rooibosch), tea and local herbs

G toozle – Toozle Sticks are small sticks, commonly made of plastic, used to stir mixed drinks or garnish cocktails. The pointed end is designed to skewer fruit and the decorative heads are shaped like palm trees, flamingos and tropical fruits. The toozle portion of the toozle stick name originated from the Caribbean cocktail, Rum Toozle

H toozle – a small Scottish fipple flute, similar to a penny whistle but usually made of wood

I toozle – a blacksmith tool used to spread hot coals

J toozle - vb to persuade someone to do something illegal; n a fraudful deal

K too-zle – v. 1. To dishevel or disarrange, as with hair. Variant of "tousle" [OE]

L toozle – a blend of too and puzzle, meaning: confuse someone again (and again), usually causing even more confusion

First, a confession: the one I submitted was actually suggested by my husband, as I simply could not think of anything, and he is very good at Balderdash. P'raps you all would be willing to allow a substitute player for this round? [batting eyes prettily e]

Before I vote I would like to ask if it would be possible to keep the initial headline of the topic intact or at least keep it regocnizable. I've been looking all over the place to find the results. Curse, gnar, drat, woof toozle and all. mad

Its puzzling how two daffynitions ended up with similar meaning...I'm guessing they are the original concept.

But I really like L its brilliant and should be a new word, well I'm going to use it....toozling isn't it.
