I'm looking for a word or name that means acceptance and truth.

Welcome.
You're looking for a single word that denotes both those concepts?

(With the double thread just following interesting posts)
Do you think acceptance and thruth could ever be denoted in one single concept? Is'n acceptance just about something regardless of
thruth- untruth, good-bad, luck-unluck, happiness- sadness?

Welcome backguy. New blood always welcome. Post often
The concept of acceptance is huge in any 12 Step program
like Narcotics/Alcoholics Anonymous. Page 417 in 4th
edition of AA Big Book, or page 499 in 3rd edition discusses
acceptance with beautiful paragraphs.

back: "Acknowledgment" seems to fit although I guess you could acknowledge something not true

acceptance and truth ..
It would help if you could specify the context in which this word is to be used. As a person's attitude, for instance, I would suggest "empathy". Afterthought: or are you chewing on a crossword puzzle?
