Just wonder if sudoriferous became psudoriferous if it would mean faux sweat or or sweat producing. They are now producing pheronomes from male sweat as perfume additives . . . could there be a connection there? Hmmm

if it was mantled, masked and mock sweat it would be no sweat at all.
