Just discovered this one.
To popple is to move the way something does on rough water. Up and down and tossed around.
I like it because it sounds right for the definition.

Interesting, Zed. My uncle told me once that he and my aunt called poplar trees "popples" because of the way the wind made their leaves toss back and forth. But until now, I hadn't known it was a real word!
