Our local bus company includes works by local poets with the ads posted on the bus. I liked yesterday's, an exerpt from "If Ever" by Jamie Reid

The old ways of speaking
are no longer yours. If ever there was one
it was ready distinction,
ruddy diction, contrary
motion, the dialectic of reason and nature
where reason was unnatural and nature
unreasonable. Listen. See? It comes back to you
as soon as you try. Try to ignore
those wobbling wheels.

I hope I got it right, I didn't have a pen and had to try to memorize it until I got home.

Well, that's neat. Neat poem, neat idea of putting poetry on buses!
