I knew Frank and Frances from a community where their
neighbors were Reggie and Regina, Don and Donna, Jack and
Jackie--recall my family arguing over whether a new addition
named Beverly Dale was a boy or a girl (girl was right).
Who knows people with memorably appropriate names, like
Mary Christmas, Minnie Moore, or my favorite Math Maddox?

I knew a Les Moore once.
I'm sure he heard a lot of "Les is Moore" jokes.
I know a Darren Luck. He's in sales. I suggested he use the motto "Luck is on your side" on his business cards.
He thought it was beneath his dignity.
I told him to put it beneath his name.
As luck would have it, Luck would have nothing to do with it.

Dear Grapho: I once got my face slapped when a gal I was
romancing dreamily said: "We'll call our first son Mike".
I told her the romance was over. She looked puzzled, and
asked why. I said: "Say it fast several times." Ten second
delay and I got belted.

I used to know a Teresa Green and a guy called Colin Nicol who told me the anagram name was traditional in his family.
Oh, and Mr Virgin and Mr Angel lived next door to each other, which was a really strange coincidence. Both those family names derive from actors who played those roles in the old morality plays. Neither name was appropriate in the least as it happened.
