Nowadays, I have found that more and more people have selected not to get married. I wonder why. What do you think about family and love? I think most people here come from all over the world and are intellectuals and maybe have some unique viewpoints.
I have heard and seen from movies that the western people are very open-minded and care little about family and love. Since they always get divorced after finding a new lover. Is that true?

Dear Jessie,
"open-minded" is not the word to be used in this place. To my knowledge, "open-minded" is only used in a positive sense, open for new ideas. And leaving one's partner is not exactly a new idea. You probably mean "unprincipled".
