Last night I played the bass for the musical, Cinderella (forgot to put in the title the first time) by the above named, for school. Last year the school play was Oklahoma. These are the only ones I've heard of by Rodger and Hammerstein. Are there others?

The above quoted from a site found by Google for "Rodgersand Hammerstein.

For an article about R & H by Andrew Lloyd Webber, music and clips and a chronology : http://www.time.com/time/time100/artists/profile/hammerstein.html
One April, at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City during the annual convention of the American Newspaper Publishers Association, I had the honor of meeting Mr. Hammerstein. I was there with my Dad who introduced me. I was awed. My Dad told him that I was a studying music and was a singer. He asked Mr Hammerstein what advice he would give me.
Mr. Hammerstein responded in a warm, mellow voice, looking directly into my eyes, "Never sing a song you don't believe in."
And I never have.

Okay, my computer is messing up, and I don't know if my last post got though or not, so I'll have to turn off the computer. If it didn't get there, it said, in essence, thanks.

I geuss it didn't

These guys and the 'Turner and Lowe' duo just churned them out. I think 'Oklahoma' is a great musical for schools. I don't know the version of Cinders by them, but its an awfully popular panto in England.

[nonetheless confused as to why this would end up in the Q&A section -e]

I couldn't think of another spot that was any better.
Cinderella is okay, espcially if part of the palace accidently falls over for no reason. Cinderella: Is anyting wrong? Prince: Well, the palace fell down.
