Kam Fong Chun, known to TV viewers around the world as Detective Chin Ho Kelly in the hit crime series "Hawaii Five-O," died in Honolulu on Wednesday at the age of 84. Daniel Ekimoto, owner of the Daniels Funeral Home, said the family made plans for the actor's immediate cremation, instructing him, "Cook 'im, Dan-O."
