OK, I did it on purpose.

I'M A NEWBIE!, HURRAH, HURRAH, I'M A NEWBIE!

It took me only 597 days, which makes 0.0419 posts daily on average! Can somebody inform Guiness? Maybe I get to the 2003 edition?

Keep up the good work, Lukasz!

Congratulations, Luka!

With your obvious mathematical ability (no, I didn't check your math), maybe you could find a math board, too, on which to post!

Congratulations, O tortissimus!

I think it's a great idea having an award for supreme slowcoaches - this is the perfect attitude to any "ranking" system.

A butterfly has wings of gold
A moth wings of flame
A little inchworm has no wings at all
But it gets there just the same

So, Lukasz, I hereby bequeath upon you the title of:
Honourable Inchworm

beat by a hare

I'm as environment-friendly as can be and would never dare torment the poor fluffy creature!

Congratulations, lukaszd! Remember, slow and steady wins the race ... if we can just figure out what kind of race ... Nothing wrong with taking our time and enjoying the journey

I understand your excitement, this can be an exciting place, and becoming part of it is a wonderful thing.. but the titles are meaningless.. some in the past, have stretched an answer out of three or four post to get the desired number.. but in the end, we will value you by quality, not quanity....so aim for good words, not numerous ones!say's a woman not well known for terse comments! Mea culpa, i do at least try for good words

Lucozade

Jo's back!
Well, that certainly aids my recovery

Lucozade's for small children. The five-year plan (have you heard of those?) is to establish a good position for becoming journeyman.

Lucozade's for small children

Not these days, Lukasz! It was for small children and invalids, but has been reinvented as something entirely opposite - a sports drink.

Very impressive how ad agencies do these things.

Hey, Shona - d'ye mean that drinking's a sport now??

So, how about you and me for the Brit Olympic Drinking team?

Posted By: dodyskin Re: on purpose - 07/05/02 04:26 PM
can i can i can i can i, but only if you're buying

Posted By: FishonaBike Re: on purpose - 07/05/02 09:20 PM
can i, but only if you're buying

Yeah, if drinking were a sport and we were the Brit team, you can bet we'd have to pay our own way

But maybe we could get sponsorship?

I'll ask at Harvey's, my local brewery...

Are you a Turtle

I don't know, my back aches sometimes but I don't feel trampled, esp. by the four elephants..

Ah, you're a Discworld fan, lukaszd. Join the club. I've only read a few but I still find the zany humour quite brilliant. My favourite of the series is Men at arms. What's yours?
