all you old timers (US especially)
remember the great question of the 60's?

What if they had a war, and no body came?
if no body post, and no body replies, then it almost impossible to have a flame war.
shunning flamers is the first step, now that we have an administater, flamers, who ever they be, can be banned.

Dear of troy: I quoted this one in a post a couple weekends, and nobody noticed. Sob,sob.
What if they gave a war and nobody came? I saw it on bulletin board of a church in Plymouth MA about 1970 when my wife and I went square dancing there.

No posts, no Board. Let's be satisfied with non-inflammatory posts.

at first i wrote, gave a war.. but it just looked wrong-- even though i was pretty sure it was said that way..
no matter.. lets get back to WordPlay, and Q & A, and weekly themes.. there are plenty of words and idioms to explore..

maybe you can find some info on the medicinal cigars that used to be inserted in the opposite end then we normally associate with smoking.. if not, the small feast, is a rich table of words, thanks to bobyoung, of baltimore.

Dear of troy: Medication per rectum is very rare nowadays. And rectal cigars I never heard of. I have seen porno shots of cigarette smoking but despise such pictures. There are still unfortunates who require soothing suppositories. Many jokes about not removing foil wrapper. Even taking them orally. "For all the good it did me, I might as well have ..........."
