Heh.®
Thanks for the update. Indeed, the iggriferous trolls will respond to any attention they get. The one(s) infesting this message board could be likened to many of the types on that list. It's that MPD thang, I guess.

How true.
And look who rose to snoot's bait. :)

chum is good for trolling...

Agreed.
And some chums make better bait than others. :)
Heh® indeed!
But the more iggriferous trolls rarely seem to come in such plain vanilla forms. Seems to me I’ve encountered at least one creature who is an unholy mix of Troll, Palooka, Tireless Rebutter, Lamer, and Tiny Yapper (with, of course a bit of the noted disguise as Target also thrown in) – and at the heart of all the dissonant behaviour seems to lie the Ego character.
Reading through the guide, I discovered that its author obviously does not like the use of "their" as a gender-neutral 3rd-person singular pronoun:
http://redwing.hutman.net/~mreed/warriorshtm/atheist.htm I should flame him for his petty prescriptivism.

Be sure to use a lot of thees and thous.

Sounds like an interesting character, whoever it is, Maverick.
I haven't visited the website, but I could probably add a few troll descriptions to the list myself.
what's with the sudden incidence of the trademarked heh?!
JFTR, local rights to the single, significant and expressive "heh" belong here:

nah. that's used as part of a *sentence....
Anna bequeathed me the ® a while back. <smile>
>that's used as part of a *sentence....
I'd have thought it was just hastily (un)punctuated. :p~~
>>Anna bequeathed me the ® a while back.<<
Plus, it seems only right that the ® should go to the person who uses it hehbitually.
Ha! (Gee, can I trademark that?)
