I would like to apologize in advance to all new members who might wander into AWAD during this trying time.

The person known as Keiva, was banned for flaming. He forced his way back into this forum by implied threats of legal action against Anu Garg, the founder of AWAD. This same person has also been known to post under the names AphonicRants, KeivaCarpal.

In Private Messages (PM) and e-mails he has hurt many of the Board’s members. He often posts inflammatory statements. When people get upset and respond, he returns to his original posts to change them so that he will look like an innocent being accosted by a crowd. He will then copy the messages of those who argued against him and post them in other threads to cry wounded cow.

He often welcomes new members with warm private messages. He pretends to befriend the new member and when he feels put upon, he will call on this person to come to his defense, using guilt “aren’t you my friend, I welcomed you” to make them act. He’ll then drop them like a hot potato if they disagree with him in any way. You can see how he did this to one sensitive member, just click on this url to read her story…

So, I do apologize for exposing you to this. Please do stay. We are trying to work around him but it is a little difficult.

Please excuse the repetition but I will post this in several categories since new members often start in the other categories.

Since bel is repeating what she posted in another thread, I repeat my response:

------------------------------------------------------------

Now if you want to look at the record -- not just bels' characterization of it -- you might want to click on

... oh, let us say, the first five posts in
http://wordsmith.org/board/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=announcements&Number=64491,
quoting posts made by these good and gentle people, so you can see how they talk.
Similar is http://wordsmith.org/board/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=announcements&Number=73056

But I am sure they will have much to say to you about things I supposedly did off-board, claims you conveniently cannot check for yourself. [Edit:] Thus, notice that bel begins by talking about implied threats and off-board Private Messages (PM) and e-mails -- unverifiable off-board matter.

Ah, yes...allow me, then, to quote myself from the same thread, posted over two months ago to Keiva:

The crueler and more demeaning posts are not necessarily cloaked in profanity.

Your clamoring for citations is now nothing more than a feeble, last ditch grasping at straws.

Please leave us alone...we only want the beloved refuge we all first found when we came to this board.

Keiva: Go get lost. You are not welcome here.

Since bel is repeating what she posted in another thread, I repeat my response:

You childish git, Kenny boy. Get on with your life somewhere else before you realise your big mistake. You are such a sad attention-seeking individual. Pity is too good for you. Clinical mental help would be far more beneficial.
