Won't come in, sadly. Looks quite good: but it is all
stuttery.

roflmao!
funny but here we don't say 'lol' almost everyone I know says the letters themselves 'el-o-el'. May 'lol' is the continental pronunciation.

Not by everyone.

>we don't say 'lol'

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say 'lahl' or 'loll' - but then I don't hear LOL spoken very often. it's basically an online or text expression.

or, why say it when you can actually laugh out loud?!

That would be ALOL. Or, as we like to say it. LLOL.

Its become trendy down here for the kids to say'loll' or 'roffil'.
Usually associated with dry humour.

roffil?
rolling on floor???
I only know roflmao
rolling on floor, laughing my a** off which doesn't lend itself to pronouncing the acronym
Posted By: Faldage Re: to LOL or not to LOL - 07/06/11 10:42 AM
If it doesn't lend itself you have to reach in and grab it. I usually do it with the T; ROTFLAMO, rot-fl-mao. Pronounces real easy where I come from.
