I quite like this extension from ~villages, to ~ courts. Is this a new usage or has anyone seen it before?

It gets 17 hits on Google, and I suspect I'd read a couple of those before, but it didn't make an impression on me because it seemed like such a natural extension of Potemkin into a new area.
