Standing on the corner, watching all the girls go by. What is the word for the prime mental activity of the guys? If an ecdysiast is a stripper, what's a guy who mentally strips girls?
In addition to being a beastly cad, that it.

And for the of course purely hypothetical case of a woman who does the same to men, what would be the word?

I suspect you'll enjoy reading that thread as much as I did.

The word I started with was "Apodyopsis". Let's see someone make a better one. How would
"telecdysis" work?

yes, the over-imaginative ogler is suffering from apodyopsis, the act or habit of mentally undressing a person or fantasizing what *he or she* looks like naked.

not to be confused with gymnophoria, the sense that someone is mentally undressing you, or that a person is viewing you naked even though you are clothed.

gymnophoria, the sense that someone is mentally undressing you, or that a person is viewing you naked even though you are clothed

and if you like the person who is 'undressing' you, you may feel a sense of gymneuphoria
