so, here we go for hyphear; choose one:

I'm convinced it's some kind of vegetation, but there are 4 possible vegetative defs. So by a process of divination akin to dart-throwing, I shall go with A.

My father had a classmate with the last name "Gungus". Kids being kids, they used to taunt this fellow with the chant "There's a fungus among us and his name is Gungus." I'll go with L
