It has been noted that the word callipygian or callipygous allows one "to make an admiring and accurate description in a tasteful, classical and politically correct manner. Without that word, the sole accurate description would smack of construction-worker hooting."

But that word applies only to a view from the posterior.
Is there a similarly tasteful word of admiration for the front view?

Well, there is "mammophilia" coined by reviewer of this book:

Of course mammophilia is a form of synecdoche, in which a part which may be discussed openly is substituted for that which may not acceptably be discussed openly.

Well, there is "mammophilia"

Yeah, well, what if the construction worker were to actually look at, and admire, her face?
