Is there a name for spoken words where the emphasis is on the wrong syllable like: The em-pha-ses is on the wrong syl-lab-le

- and welcome from me, too. It's a good question!
I'm not personally aware of any word to describe this photetic aberration, Rocky, but I'll make a small wager that tsuwm knows one.

it could be some form of metathesis (\mə-ˈta-thə-səs\) or some other linguistic trope; I used to think that I came up with the expression 'emPHAsis on the wrong sylLAble' until I started hearing it elsewhere, like here (see 1:35)
