If a native Spanish speaker uses a word like "envisaged" in the sentence "I have nothing envisaged for Thursday," he is using a correct English word that is a direct translation from the Spanish ("previsto.") But it is not idiomatically correct in English; an English speaker would say "planned."
Is there a term for this kind of error?
Thank you.
