What is a word for the process whereby you pretend you're doing something ironically, but you're really not (i.e. wearing a "Bikini Inspector" t-shirt and pretending it's camp, but then using it to hit on women?)

Snaking? Sneaking? Leching? Hypocracy?

The word doesn't necessarily have to do with hitting on people. It could also apply to, say, watching the Dukes Of Hazzard and pretending you think it's funny, but really, you watch it because you love the car chases.

Dissembling?

Dissemble seems close. Is there a word that deals specifically with false camp or irony?

while this doesn't really help in your quest, I maintain that "false-irony" falls under the broad umbrella of witzelsucht.

Maybe there is a real English word, albeit with a latin root: facetiousness

In the case of Dukes of Hazzard etc., I think I would go with pretentiousness, or for a noun, a family word, fouffe, defined as, one who farts in the bathtub so he can have a bubblebath.
