aa? Someone should yell "YART"! But I refrain from doing so.

I don't think I'd consider that a good Scrabble play. "A" only gets one point. If qx were a word, then you'd have a good play.

Well, aa or ai would be a good Scrabble play if they were the last letters of the game you had to play--no more tiles available--and you went out with 'em! You'd win the game.

But I'm just imagining these impossible Scrabble scenarios since I win in 'em! See, I can't play 'em as my final two letters.

Still, whenver I see words such as aa and ai, I think, "Cool. I'd be able to use 'em in the Scrabble in my brain." However, that aa (the lava thing) probably isn't in that Scrabble dictionary.

Does anyone know how to access the Scrabble dictionary online, by the way?

Yeahbut, Scrabble is based on points, not first out.

Yeahbut going out helps, since you get the points from your opponents, and they lose 'em!

Dear Jazz,

Good point--but it's still good to go out first.

What other two-letter strange words are there?

does "pi" count? (I'm such a wag!)

(quick, what's the score?)

Saaaaay....it might be fun to have an AWADtalk Scrabble game. We could each set up a board, take turns putting words down, writing where the words were on the board....
