From my aging Civil Engineering Dictionary, and not something I've encountered:

Siderosis - Pneumokoniosis caused by the inhalation of metal dust by miners in tin, lead, copper and iron mines, and by steel grinders.(from the Greek: sideros - iron)

And all these years I had though "siderosis" was caused by inhaling stardust.

Surely that's siderelation. A pronounced feeling of joy brought on by inhaling stardust.
