exuviate (ig-ZOO-vee-ayt) verb tr.

To shed or cast off (a covering).

verb intr.

To shed or cast off exuviae; molt.

[Exuvi (ae), Latin, from exuere, to take off + -ate.]

Dear jheem: A still better synonym for "stripper":
"exuviatrix"

The verb is exuo, -exuere, exui, exutum, so a female stripper would be exutrix, while her Chippendale coworker would be exutor.

Thanks jheem. So avoid having an exutrix for your
executrix. She might take off with all the dough.
