Mango Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large freshly cut mango
2 cups of soy milk
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar

Nice to have ingredients (Optional)

2-3 cardamoms

Confectioner's sugar can be replaced with brown sugar.

Blend mango slices and soy milk on high. Pour sugar in the blender and Select beat on low speed. Take a few cardamoms, peel them and gently roll a rolling pin on them or pulverize them in a pestle and mortar.

Suggestions: Pour into tall glasses and serve them chilled. Add a fresh mint leaf and a slice of strawberry.

Makes 2-3 servings.
