Sam reads the newspaper. He drinks coffee.

I have joined the sentences as follows? Which are the correct ones? "While" is the word provided.

1. While drinking coffee, Sam reads the newspaper.
2. While reading the newspaper, Sam drinks coffee.
3. While Sam is reading the newspaper, he drinks coffee.
4. While Sam is drinking coffee, he reads the newspaper.

I think all the sentences are correct. Am I right?

Thanks.

They all work but they all pretty much say that drinking coffee and reading the newspaper are things that Sam does at the same time and if he is doing one he will also be doing the other.

Edit: I take that back. 1 and 4 imply that Sam will always read the newspaper when he is drinking coffee, but not that he will necessarily drink coffee when he is reading the newspaper. 2 and 3 work the other way around, that is, when he is reading the newspaper he will drink coffee but he won't necessarily read the newspaper when he is drinking coffee.
