Killjoys. Just gimme lots of big explosions, physically plausible or not!


But how sad is this as an excuse for "sounds in space"? -

Star Wars apologists say that the ship's computers detect the explosion and simulate the noise to inform the crew.

there's a program on telly here called hollywood science which tests stunts from films and gives them a plausibility rating, check it out http://www.open2.net/science/hollywood_science/
