My grandfather used to quote a poem all of the time when I was growing up and I can't find it anywhere....I remember most of it but would love to find out who wrote it and see it in it's entirety....

I like words
Words that dance
Words that joyfully enhance
Words exotic, obsolete
Words of parting
Words that greet
Honeyed words that lovers use
Garbled words that babes abuse
Words like "Once upon a time"
Words with rhythem
Words that rhyme
......
And prayerful words when day is done....

Welcome; so far an internet search just leads back to your post. Have you asked in your family or maybe could your grandfather have been the poet?
