tcguru stranger Registered: 08/14/09 Posts: 1	Here's a nautical term I can't find defined in my several large dictionaries or via Google. It's in one of Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey series books (The far side of the world), in the sentence "Do not forget to gackle your cables, Mowett." Any clues?
