Some readers have complained about typographical errors in the Victorville Daily Press, but proofreading everything would be prohibitively expensive, especially given its recent growth
Besides, many of the errors can be attributed not to the Press itself but to the news services. For instance in AP’s "Abortion procedures go before Supreme Court" Nov 9 the caption reads: “Anti-abortion activist Kelli Macleod, from Riverside, lays on the ground in front of the Supreme Court...”
She appears to be exhausted, but she does have a most satisfied look on her face
