Could there be any more buffalo in this sentence?

If you make up another sentence using the same form, it becomes perfectly simple. For example: "The Australian ecologist the mountain gorillas saw saw the mountain gorillas" So, to translate: "New York buffalo intimidate each other."

Silly.

I made up a conversation along these lines when I was in middle school, but it is of a decidedly inferior quality:

A: Will Will's will will Will's will? [Is Will's bequest going to bring about what he wanted?]
B: Will's will will will Will's will. [Yes.]

Inferior quality, because I am not sure if a written bequest can "will" anything (rather, it is the executor of the will who sees that the deceased's "will" is done).
