The clerks in my office were chatting about the television reality series "Big Brother." The subject was one of the players/characters who had a torrid fling with another of the players/characters. The ladies referred to this as a "showmance." And so the language evolves.

Father: Brings up interesting point (to me) At only 1400 Ghits, will it have great longevity

While the prescriptivist won't support this online collection of slang, will its inclusion in UrbanDictionary contribute significantly to this longevity

Or in other words, if you were a dictionary compiler, would you include it
