Loc: Perth, Western Australia Further to Blackthorn's recent post, or rather, the digression about the use of languages in company - thought I'd share this with you.....
A young polyglot I was interviewing for a job once told me, "If the person you are talking with has an accent, it means that they probably speak at least one more language than you".
Don't know if it's original, but it sure makes one stop, think, be patient and respectful when speaking with a "furrner".
