Dalehileman! Do you work for the IRS?
Ok,Ok, you got me.
I will complete your form although it makes no sense.

First out, any so-called "nondescript numbers" must be subjective so let me think...
Mmm...I don't use the number 33 very much...I don't remember ever being 33 years old, so maybe I wasn't... I don't own exactly 33 of anything I can think of, and I have never given a bum exactly 33 cents to buy a beer.
Mmm, as I think about it, I've never won the lottery with the numbers 33 on the ticket, and, as a matter of fact, I've never even won the lottery.

Wait! That's it! My lucky number must be 33! Wow! Thank you, dalemhileman! You've made me realize that the number 33 which has been the most nondescript number of my entire life is now my lucky number.

When I win the lottery I'll buy you a beer.

But of course, objectively, "zero" is a whole number that is absolutely nondescript but you, dalehileman, wanted a number between one and sixty so I give up.

Incidentally however, it's between zero and sixty one

Drop in when you're anywhere near Victorville; the brew is kind of a hobby--

… between zero and sixty one …

Is that exclusive or inclusive? Or, to put it another way, is that the open or closed interval 0…61?

I have often addressed the issue but finally concluded that "exclusive" is implied by "between"
