Loc: Spam Factory EDIT:
Freshet being not as obscure as I once thought it was, I have decided to cancel this round. (Note to self: never play Scrabble with this crowd.) I will try to find another, more suitable word.

Loc: Louisville, Kentucky Ai-ee, Alex--you may have to cancel this one. If I know a word, surely everybody does. I'll PM you with what I think it is, though, in case I'm wrong.

Loc: Spam Factory Well I got one other hint from someone that they knew the correct definition but also suggesting we play on.
If anyone thinks the word is not obscure enough then I can come up with another one.

Loc: Jakarta Sorry, but I know this word as well. However, as I'm leaving these shores on 17 December, don't mind me._________________________

I am also, of course, proof of the old truism:
Nobody's perfect.

Loc: this too shall pass some here may have only an inkling what this means, but I think most would be able to pick the multiply-choiced correct def'n. my thinking is that the only way to play a word such as this is to leave out the real deal and let people vote for the best phoney.
..or, perhaps there would be enough armilsŪ to confuse things and allow inclusion of the dictionary def'n.
