It does often make me wonder how a 'reasonable doubt' is determinedA "reasonable doubt" is a work of art like a sculpture. A trial attorney molds minds, the way a good potter molds clay.

Sounds bloody unnerving to me.Why, "unnerving", Wordwind? It's just justice. BTW molding a jury's mind is not the same thing as rigging the jury ... at least in the mind of a jurist.
