The man tried to surrender to the Yanks in Mosul. He wasn't on the wanted list, so they wouldn't take him. So he travels to Baghdad, camps out at his aunt's place in Palestine Street and tries to negotiate a surrender. Still no takers. Fortunately, an Arab TV station wants him as an analyst! Go figger ...
