Please forgive me for this; but I am sitting here with tears in my eyes from laughing at this pass-around e-mail:
...some funny stories or experiences with the company.

The funniest story he had was when an operations manager was late for a
meeting and called his boss to tell him he was running late. As he was
leaving the voice mail message, he witnessed an accident and went on to
provide "play by play" of the incident. After telling us the story, he
promised to send us a copy of the voicemail and here it is. This is the
actual voice mail message. It was passed along and forwarded so many=20
times within
(Company XYZ), it crashed their voice mail server.

[sigh]It wants something called SoundMachine to play it. Which this iMac doesn't have. [/sigh]

Quicktime ought to play it, A. but to explain how to get it to, may be worth more trouble than it's worth...

you guys ain't moved up to OSX yet, eh?

here's what snopes has to say about it, with an alternate sound file, that maybe will work for you, Anna:

Thanks, eta! I got Jackie's link to work after you gave me a clue (I pasted the URL into Quicktime).

Oh, and Jackie -- that was great. According to the Snopes link eta provided, it may or may not have really and truly happened, but that doesn't take away from the hilarity. I wonder if the Car Guys will run it on their radio show?

I believe this took place in Grovers Mill?

fwiw, the link on the snopes site seems to stream more cleanly over a phone line and also sounded to me like more of a first generation copy - neither give any problems on fast links of course.
