Thanks, of troy.

May I paste this quote from one of the pages you led us to?

White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan announced in today's daily press briefing that President Bush, relying on recent intelligence reports, is now 100% convinced that the Earth is flat.

From somewhere on the fallcreek pages....

Please point out to me what the difference is between the 2 url's. I have looked and looked, and I cannot see any difference. Yet one works and the other doesn't! This reminded me of one of those hidden-picture puzzles.

Try right-mousing on each entry, then choose 'Properties' to bring up the description of what the item's pointing to, Jackie - you'll see the first has a redundant <br(eak)> switch at the end!

Wow--it WAS a (very) hidden picture! Thanks! But, a.) how did the br-thing get there, and b.) why did it make the link not work?

Posted By: of troy Re: That pesky break - 09/20/03 01:31 AM
how did it get there? i cut and pasted the url from an email.. (i though everyone here would enjoy it.)

the email had a hidden character! as for why it caused it to fail, Computers are stupid... they don't really 'read' urls, so if something simple but stupid gets attached at the end of one, they don't know to do with the extra characters.
