I have just noticed that some kind soul has sent me an email offering me low prices on a range of pain relivers. Does this mean that pharmaceuticals on offer cause one to relive one's own pain, or are these noble drugs actually proxies, reliving one's pain so that one does not need to? Or is this simply more proof that spamers cannt spel?

maybe they're just pills that refer to renal malfunctions?

You're quite right - my grasp of anatomical terms forsook me for a while. Renal refers to the mid-leg joints of young goats, doesn't it?
Many thanks, wofa.
