However we had a temperature yesterday of 104 (40C).
And it is going to pass that today, at least in the forecast.
We had a high today of 53.1 (11.7), which is much more refined and civilized, thank you very much.
That was 20 degrees below our Low for the day.
But who said we were civilized? Not I. In fact
I think this state prides itself on savagery in
all areas from -25 to +104 in weather, to overflowing
rivers, to rampid tornadoes. And that is just Ma Nature.
Ah, somebody did catch it. I did too after I typed it, and
just thought, "no, I'll leave it and see what happens.".
Thanks Buffalo. Funny, though, my automatic spell-check did
not catch it.

he can't get curtains like everybody else?
There are a couple of words I misused as a child and they
have continued into where I am now. One was "unelse" for
"unless" and somewhere along the line I picked up
"rampid". I know it's rampant, as buff says, but I always
say the other one.
