I wrote to a friend that yesterday I made myself go out and mow my overgroan back yard.

I once had a friend who kept a herd of nannies for their milk - due to the gentle miasma preceding her into the room, her outer clothing I termed her 'overgoat'.

Yep. I miss him, too. He's the king of serendipitous (I used to call them felicitous) typos.
Anyway, Jackie, thanks for the thread and I'll start thinking of any I may have committed. I'm usually better (or worse, depending on how you look at it) in speech. What would you call that?

You can still call them felicitous! I would have if I'd been able to think of it!
