No, you don't. It may be pretty, but try shoveling, you'll have a different song.
It is a violation of city code if one does not shovel snow within 24 hours of the end of the snowfall. And you can be reported and the city will shovel it and charge you. If someone falls and hurts themselves they can sue you for damages. We are such an enlightened city.
Yeah, I was! I thought all you Northerners would get a laugh at someone saying 3" is a blizzard. We do, occasionally, get more than 3 inches falling straight down; less often than once a year, on average, though.
