If it came as part of an e-mail from someone you don't know, I expect it's just spam. If, as Faldage said, it's part of a puzzle, I'd look for synonyms for calm. Here, "Morgan's credit partner" would be Stanley. Dunno about Oz.

If it's from a crossword, confused, then how many letters?
