Farctate: the state of being stuffed with food (overeating).

Is this a bona fide medical term, Bill? I mean, do doctors look each other in the eye seriously and say, "Yes, the patient is definitely farctate"? If so, being drawn from a restless sleep to this computer to read this entry has made it worth waking up.
