I remember a Pogo episode wherein he and the lovely Miz Mamselle were enjoying a quiet picnic when they were interrupted by Beauregard the Hound Dog et al., who ran over the picnic blanket scattering picnickeries about. Pogo called the miscreants 'facinorous runagates!'
