A word we all know, that has been used perhaps a dozen times. But todday I was surprised
to discover that it came from a Latin word meaning "to wet".

1 [Rare] to fill with moisture; saturate
2 to fill with color; dye; tinge

Dear bonzaialsation: You must hve been imbued with a love of words, or you would not
have become a member of AWADtalk. I modestly claim to be thus imbued, and am glad
that it does not mean that I am "all wet".
